Something feels off, and you can't quite name it.
You can still perform. You're still capable. But the environment that used to define you and reward you doesn't fit the way it did.
Maybe it ended. Maybe you're still in it. Maybe you've known for a while that it's time to go.
You can't fix what you can't name. That's what this is for.
Five areas. One honest picture.
A psychology-informed reflective assessment of five areas that shape whether a life feels genuinely yours:
Fulfilment
a life that reflects what actually matters to you
Energy
real, sustainable energy, not just the absence of exhaustion
Authenticity
showing up as yourself, without editing for everyone else
Awareness
facing things directly, rather than avoiding them
Belonging
real depth and closeness, not just having people around
What you get
- Your result across all five areas
- The psychology behind each behaviour and why it matters
- A mirror, not a verdict. No labels, no diagnosis.

Why I built this
I've lived this twice: first in rugby, second in a corporate career.
Both times, I found myself in environments that weren't right for me. But I stayed too long, because I thought I needed to try harder. Or push through it. Or that it was just a phase, and this was what it was supposed to be like.
In rugby, going from an elite environment to a semi-professional one left me unmotivated.
In corporate, going from a challenging, collaborative environment to one that was a few steps down left me needing a new challenge.
So I found a real challenge again through endurance sport. Three Ironmans and counting.
